Rory & Political Diamond fought off tough competition such as Daisy Dick & Oliver Townend to finish 3rd in the CCI* at Necarne. They got off to a strong start with a dressage score of 56.2 penalties. Cross Country day for the CCI* was very eventful with the skinny at fence 4 taking many victims. They showed their class across the country with a clear round inside the time allowed to leave them in 10th position going into the showjumping. An outstanding showjumping round on the final day saw them rocket to 3rd place on the leaderboard. Political Diamond was the only horse in the top 10 to showjump clear & one of only two horses to finish on their dressage score from 80 starters. What a way to end the season!
